# Getting your enquiry export: a quick guide for UAE agencies

Enquiry Recovery works with any CSV or Excel export of your enquiries or leads (buyer, off-plan, tenant, seller or landlord) from your CRM, your portal leads report, or a plain spreadsheet. You need a file listing them, ideally with a reference, the enquiry date, a status, and a price or budget if your system captures one.

Below are the export routes for the systems UAE agencies commonly use. Each route comes from the vendor's own help pages and says so. Vendors change their menus from time to time, so treat these as a guide. Where we could not confirm a route, we say that instead of guessing at menu names.

**Whichever system you use:** export leads or enquiries, not just live listings or sold records. A reasonably broad export is useful, since Enquiry Recovery lets you pick the exact date range to analyse afterwards. Extra columns are fine: Enquiry Recovery matches the ones it can read and ignores the rest. Your file is read inside your own browser and is never uploaded.

**One honest limit:** most of these systems do not publish the exact column headings of their export files. Enquiry Recovery matches on common field names and lets you pick any column by hand if it guesses wrong. If a column of yours is not recognised, tell us the heading at hello@enquiryrecovery.com and we will add it.

### Bitrix24
*(route confirmed on Bitrix24's own help page)*

1. Go to **CRM**, then **Leads** (or **Contacts**).
2. Open the list view and apply any filters you want.
3. Click the **Settings** (gear) icon and choose **XLS** or **CSV**, then run the export.

Only the columns visible in the list are exported, so add the columns you want (name, phone, source, stage, created date, responsible user, comments) before exporting. Only users with the right permission can export. Phone numbers can be multi-value fields, so check the phone column looks right.

### Zoho CRM
*(route confirmed on Zoho's own help page)*

1. Open the **Leads** module, then **Actions**, then **Export**. Alternatively go to **Setup**, then **Data Administration**, then **Export**.
2. If you are offered a character set for CSV, choose **UTF-8** so Arabic names stay readable.

You need the Export permission on your profile. Zoho delivers the export as a ZIP file for a limited time. A Leads report (**Reports**, then create a tabular Leads report) also works.

### HubSpot
*(route confirmed on HubSpot's own help page)*

1. Go to **CRM**, then **Contacts**, and open the view you want.
2. Click **Export** (top right) and choose the file format.
3. The download link arrives by email.

You need the Export permission. Dates and numbers follow your account's regional settings, so if day and month look swapped after upload, change the market setting at the top of the tool to mm/dd/yyyy.

### Salesforce
*(route confirmed on Salesforce's own help page)*

1. Go to **Reports** and open your Lead report.
2. Open the dropdown beside **Edit**, choose **Export**, then **Details Only**.
3. Pick **.xlsx** or **.csv** (choose **UTF-8** if offered) and click **Export**.

You need the Export Reports permission. The default encoding in some Salesforce exports is not UTF-8, which can garble Arabic text, so choose UTF-8 or export as Excel.

### Kommo
*(route confirmed on Kommo's own help page)*

1. Go to **Leads**, then pick your pipeline or **All leads**.
2. Click the three dots and choose **Export**.
3. Choose Excel, CSV or Google Sheets.

Kommo splits large exports into files of 500 leads, so you may need to combine several files into one spreadsheet. Choose Excel rather than CSV if you have Arabic text, because Kommo's CSV option may not keep Arabic characters.

### PropSpace
*(route confirmed on PropSpace's own help page)*

1. Go to **Work**, then **Leads**, and pick a tab (for example Current Lead).
2. Set the rows per page to the largest option.
3. Click **Select All**, enter the SMS verification code, and choose **Download Excel Table**.

The export follows your rows-per-page setting, so a large list may need several downloads. PropSpace does not list the export's column headings in its help article, so we have not confirmed them. Its lead data includes fields such as lead type, date of enquiry, source, status, agents, notes and a listing reference, which Enquiry Recovery looks for.

### Bayut Profolio leads report
*(route confirmed on Bayut's own help page)*

1. In Profolio, open **Reports** in the left sidebar, then **Leads**.
2. Filter by Email, SMS, Phone or WhatsApp.
3. Click **Export** (top right) and choose **Excel**.

The report lists the listing the lead was interested in and the lead type. Bayut does not publish the column headings, and we have not confirmed whether the report includes a status or agent column. If it does not, Enquiry Recovery can still prioritise by date and lead type, but it cannot know who has already been contacted.

### Property Finder
We could not find a documented way to export a leads list from Property Finder's own tools, so we would rather not guess. If you use a Property Finder tool, ask your account manager for "an export of leads as Excel or CSV", or use the lead export from your CRM if your Property Finder leads flow into it.

### Behomes, Ruby, Leadrat, WIYO and other systems
We could not confirm an export route for these. Ask their support team for "an export of leads as Excel or CSV", or look for a Reports or Export area under Leads or Contacts.

### Follow Up Boss and other non-UAE systems
Follow Up Boss is mainly used outside the UAE. Its route (People, All People, filter, Select All, Export, tick All Columns) is confirmed on its own help page if you use it.

### Plain spreadsheets
Many agencies track enquiries in Excel or Google Sheets, and that works well. One row per enquiry, with columns such as date, name, phone, enquiry type, status, price or budget, agent and notes, is all that is needed.

### Arabic text and phone numbers

- **Arabic names look broken (question marks or odd symbols):** the file was not saved as UTF-8. Export as Excel (.xlsx), or choose UTF-8 when the system offers a character set.
- **Phone numbers lose the leading + or show as 9.7E+11:** Excel has converted them. Export again as .xlsx, or format the phone column as text before saving.

### Any other system
Most CRMs have a Reports or Export area under Contacts or Leads. Export your enquiries as a CSV or Excel file. If you cannot find it, your system's support team can usually point you to the right report in a couple of minutes.
